Fight Evictions with Class Struggle!

Tens of millions of workers have lost their livelihoods in the capitalist crisis, and now a wave of foreclosures and evictions unlike anything experienced since the Great Depression has been rolling out across the country. With both the Democrats and the Republicans at their sides, the landlords will not be broken by the efforts of a few dedicated activists. The struggle in the streets must also be accompanied by a political battle against both of the bosses’ parties. With organized labor at the head of a mass movement against evictions, we can organize nation-wide rent strikes and defense against the forcible removal of people from their homes.
